Livingston Parish Real Estate Market Report The data used in this report were extracted from the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors MLS database. The data are presumed accurate but are not warranted. Despite the fact that unit sales of new homes were up 25% in the first two months of 2010 as compared with the same period in 2009, overall unit sales were down due to a 14.3% drop in unit sales of pre-owned homes.
